California Dreamin':  we've dreamed up a perfect recipe of avocado, greens, tomato, cucumber, carrots, sprouts, your choice of sliced cheese or Chevre goat cheese, herbemare and herbed mayo.

The Mediterranean:  Wonderfully combined; creamy Chevre goat cheese, roasted tomatoes, fresh roasted zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, greens, and sprouts, topped with a Kalamata olive spread.

Curried Chicken Salad:  Our special recipe makes this sandwich our #1 sandwich! It's made creatively with all natural chicken that's flavored with a special blend of ingredients, plus cucumber, tomato, carrot and greens.

Caribbean Chicken Wrap:  All natural chicken roasted in a house-made, honey lime cilantro marinade with red roasted peppers, red onion & greens, complimented by a 'Caribbean twist' of shredded coconut and our home made Citrus Aioli.

Terrific Turkey Smoked or Roasted:  This classic sandwich is made daily from fresh sliced organic turkey breast, NOT deli meat, for a difference you can taste! Created with; cucumber, sprouts, tomato, carrot, lettuce and our house-made herbed mayo and/or mustard.  $8.99

Herbed Egg Salad:  Our house-made, free range, organic egg salad is made flavorful by combining it with basil, red onion, vegan mayo, and paprika; then adding sprouts, carrot, cucumber, tomato and lettuce.

White Albacore Tuna Salad:  We use Dolphin-Safe Tuna, combine it with a vegan mayonnaise, then toss it with crunchy celery, red onion, garlic, dill pickles, and pure sea salt; then finish with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and carrot.
