Ingredients:

4 pork loin chops |
| |
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion |
| |
1/2 cup chopped green onions |
| |
1/2 Scotch bonnet (habanero) pepper, seeded |
| |
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice |
| |
1 teaspoon dried Thyme |
| |
3/4 teaspoon ground allspice |
| |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| |
1/4 teaspoon salt |

| |
Directions:
Combine onion, green onions, pepper. lime juice, Thyme, allspice, nutmeg, and salt in a blender or food processor; cover and blend until mixture forms a moist paste. Coat pork on all sides with paste; cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Prepare coals or preheat broiler. Place pork on grill and cook until no longer pink, turning once.
